What would happen if you had a place to where you could slow down enough to hear what's really going on?

I don't offer quick fixes or ten-point plans.  I offer a steady, experienced presence and practical ways to work with your whole system - mind, body, story and context

My approach weaves together somatic coaching, archetypal work, and over 25 years in the technology industry.

Somatic Coaching
We bring your body into the conversation. Instead of trying to think your way out of everything, we pay attention to breath, posture, movement, and sensation. This is where your nervous system tells the truth about how safe, resourced, or overwhelmed you feel.

Archetypes & Nervous System
Most of us have familiar “characters” that run the show under pressure: the part that feels helpless, the part that takes everything on, the part that overthinks until it’s exhausted. I use archetypes — Child, Victim, Saboteur, Prostitute and their counterparts Sovereign, Warrior, Magician, Lover — as a simple, respectful way to name these patterns. We map these to nervous system states, so you can recognise when an old survival pattern is driving, so you can recognise what’s happening and choose a different way of responding.  — and gently choose something different.

Lived Experience in Tech
I’ve spent decades in cloud and technology leadership, including running both IT services and consultancy businesses. I understand the realities of delivery pressure, stakeholders, and constant change and shifting priorities My work is grounded in your real world — not in an idealised version where you disappear to a cabin for six months.

A 3–6 month coaching partnership for professionals and leaders in tech who are ready to move from survival mode to grounded, embodied leadership.

What can I expect from coaching sessions?

We'll help you connect to and identify what you want, build a plan to get there, and support you to overcome any obstacles on the way.

We do this by using a variety of tried and tested techniques which help you to uncover and overcome limiting beliefs and places where you have got stuck.

How long does a coaching programme usually last?

Our minimum coaching agreement covers 5 sessions, but people often work with us for longer and come back again and again.
